My approach to ADHD support is highly positive. I do not see my fellow ADHDers as having a disorder but instead I see them as beautifully different.  While I acknowledge that ADHD does bring challenges, I also recognize the incredible gifts that come with ADHD, which are often extremely overlooked and just waiting to be unlocked. I focus on each individual's strengths,  as well as utilizing grounding exercises and meditation, thought organization coaching, and education of the ADHD nervous system.
